This course will teach you the simple, effective and correct methods to analyze real estate as an investment. Tuition includes a $60 financial calculator, over $100 worth of software templates, a video library for after course follow up and the Certified Real Estate Analyst (CREA) certification.

How to use the financial calculator in investment analysis (calculator included in tuition)
How to analyze the cash flow performance of a property
Using metrics including cash on cash, simple cap rate and advanced cap rate
The decision to pay cash or finance
