Event Time:

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

It’s still a tough market out there, so what can you learn to better position yourself for success during this challenging period? Whether you are on the landlord or tenant side, this class will help you resolve difficult leasing issues often encountered by brokers who are trying to complete a deal. You will discuss common deal killers in commercial leasing and learn how to be a deal maker and not a deal killer. In addition, you will discuss renegotiating leases, determining market rental rates, repositioning properties and saving tenants during lean times.
