Attending this course will jump start your commercial real estate career. The information is practical and you will be able to apply it right away. You’ll learn about the different types of properties, transactions and fees, fundamental commercial real estate terms and how to negotiate agreements. By learning the basic terminology, the structure of the business, the different roles that brokers play in transactions, and the agreements used to put transactions together, you’ll be able to provide great service to your customers right from the start.

Michael Armanious, CCIM, as a real estate broker for seven years in King & Pierce Counties, Mike has specialized in the sales and leasing of all types of commercial properties. Appraisers, lenders and attorneys have consulted and relied on his expertise in these areas when verifying comparable market information. Mike is also a licensed broker in CA and a CCIM designee.
