Magnus will be presenting "Key strategies for avoiding or defeating mechanic's liens". Learn ways to avoid mechanic's liens altogether and strategies for quickly defeating them once they are filed.  The discussion will cover topics such as lien releases, pre-claim requirements, release of lien bonds, title insurance and frivolous lien actions.
