  • Dave Douglas centers his attention upon the industrial markets of South King, Pierce, Thurston and Lewis Counties. Since 1979, he has developed an expertise in marketing industrial and business parks, freestanding industrial
    property, tenant representation, land acquisition, and disposition of surplus properties. A significant portion of his practice involves coordination of “build to suit” projects for manufacturing and distribution companies. He has also
    focused upon redevelopment and conversion of older industrial properties.

    Dave is an “Active Industrial” designee of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He has served multiple terms on the Board of Directors in a variety of positions, and was Washington State Chapter President in 1995. He
    is a designee of the Commercial, Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM), and has earned designation as a “Certified Green Broker”. Douglas is active locally in the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the
    Transportation Club of Tacoma.
