Mr. Schreiber has been in the commercial real estate field for 30 years, starting his career at CBRE while completing a degree at the University of Southern California. Chris spent 12 years as a commercial appraiser based on Southern California, with specialized assignments across the country.

Education

With more than 3,000 hours of classroom education ranging from appraisal to management to finance to law, Mr. Schreiber is uniquely qualified to represent a wide range of clients and properties.

Focus on commercial and investment property in the INland Empire with a considerable amount of activity in Coeur d`Alene and Spokane.
