Tracy’s move from Boise Idaho (in 2002) to Bellingham enabled her to focus full time and exclusively in commercial real estate sales and leasing while hanging her license at Pacific Continental Realty LLC.   Over the past 15 years she has successfully negotiated and completed transactions in Land, office buildings, warehousing and commercial leasing primarily in Whatcom County.   She blends her formal training as a Business Coach/Consultant and 15 + years of Commercial expertise to provide a clear and productive experience for her clients.  She builds understanding and knowledge from which negotiations evolve and deals get done.  She values relationships and is highly engaged in their long-term success.
