    James has been in the commercial real estate business since 2005.  His brokerage experience has led to obtaining one of the highest commercial real estate designations in being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  Through quantitative analysis, James is able to counsel his clients in making the right financial decisions.

    After graduating from the University of Washington, James worked for The Wolff Company, LLC, in the firm’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.  In his tenure, James became fluent in researching and analyzing prospective markets for acquisitions and development deals, and underwrote potential deals using Excel and the real estate software ARGUS.  James has completed in excess of $200,000,000 of acquisitions and dispositions involving a variety of different commercial and multi-family real estate assets located throughout the western United States and Mexico.
