Peter Wright

Peter is a native to Seattle, having grown up in the Madison Park neighborhood. He attended Roosevelt High School and went on to graduate from the University of Washington, where he earned degrees in economics and construction management. 

Peter specializes in representing owners, investors, and developers of apartment buildings in and around Seattle. With a background in economics and construction, and a broad understanding of the local real estate market, Peter can easily determine how to best maximize the value of a property. He prides himself on his ability to provide clients with expert advice and the knowledge that this will help them in making what is likely to be an important decision. 

Peter has a fond place in his heart for the city in which he grew up. He looks for opportunities to give back where he can and has done so through his involvement in the Seattle Rotary.  

Peter now lives with his wife Meredith in the Capitol Hill area. They enjoy outdoor recreation and travel.
