Nick Hemming

Nick Hemming specializes in the marketing, sales, and acquisition of multifamily investment properties and development sites. As a broker his goal is to help investors realize the full potential of their properties. He enjoys helping his clients turn an underperforming building into an asset yielding the highest return on their investment. Nick works to form lifetime partnerships and is always available to his clients for consultation. 

Nick has a proven background in sales and customer service as well as high moral intention which clients value and benefit from daily. His past experience includes the analysis and repositioning of investment properties for himself as well as consulting for clients. Nick is a proud graduate of The University of Washington and a lifetime Puget Sound resident. He currently resides in the Eastlake neighborhood. In his spare time he values spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, and enjoying the outdoors.
