Craig Soehren

Craig Soehren has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, beginning with Kiemle & Hagood Company in the fall of 1983 in the Commercial Property Management division. His experience in property and asset management allows him to bring a unique experience set to both his listing clients and tenant representation assignments. He has worked on behalf of national and local clients, including the Hutton Settlement, Horizon Credit Union, Unico Properties, Itron, and Cowles Company.

During his time as a Commercial Property Manager at Kiemle & Hagood Company, Mr. Soehren managed one of the largest portfolios of office and medical-office properties in Spokane. Since joining Kiemle & Hagood Company’s Commercial Brokerage division in 1999, Mr. Soehren has specialized in leasing, sales, and consulting in office and medical-office assets. Throughout his career, Mr. Soehren has consistently been one of the highest producing Commercial Real Estate Brokers in the Greater Spokane market. Some of his largest transactions include representation of First States Investors in selling the Bank of America Financial Center, the sale of the US Bank Building, representation of the Joshua Green Corporation in the sale of the Chase Bank Building, and the sale of the Fifth and Browne Medical Building. 

Mr. Soehren has been involved in many professional real estate organizations, serving on the Executive Committee as past President of the local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), past President of the Local Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Chapter 49, and is currently President of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors. Craig is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Finance).
