All Applicants must complete the following and return to CBA with a copy of the Brokers License, all participating Agent License(s) and the $85 membership/set-up fee. The set-up fee does not include the first month's dues or the $50 monthly branch office fee and will be billed accordingly. You must also complete the Agent Roster Update form for ALL participating individuals including the broker listed below. Please note: The Designated broker is not required to be a participating agent unless they want access to the system to look at or list properties.
