Currently CBA has over 900 member offices with more than 4000 commercial real estate agents, plus 70 associate member offices participating in our commercial multiple listing organization which serves the Northwest. There are over 2,800 active exclusive commercial/investment listings, valued at over $3.5 Billion Dollars plus more than 5,800 listings with over 70 Million Sq. Ft. for Lease. Although members can submit listings for properties located anywhere in the world, the primary area of service has been Washington state. In addition to the exclusively listed properties in our system, CBA's Research staff gathers information on all available office, industrial and retail space in buildings over 10,000sf in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Spokane Counties. CBA continues to grow in size and effectiveness helping its members increase their productivity. By co-brokering through CBA you can better serve clients and create more sales, leases, and commission income.
CBA segregates commercial real estate into eight major categories to simplify property searches and listing. The Sale categories include Office, Industrial, Retail, Multi-Family, Land, Mobile Home Parks, Hotel/Motels, and Farms and Ranches. Leases are categorized by Office, Industrial, and Retail listings. We also include Business Opportunities for all major business types including; Retail, Wholesale, Service, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Grocery, Hospitality, Professional Practice, and Gas Station.
Commercial Brokers Association is a multiple listing service - and as such - contains all of the Sale, Lease and Business Opportunity listings of CBA members. In addition - CBA staff researches all buildings in the King, Pierce, Snohomish and Spokane counties 10,000sf or over to create a comprehensive database of spaces for lease.

>> Sale Listings:
CBA members are required to input all of their exclusive sale listings within 2 weeks of obtaining the listing. Following input of the listing, CBA staff vets each listing - checking for accuracy and/or any missing information. As properties change in status - members update their listing to reflect the new information. Once a property sells - CBA staff researches the sale to create a CMA with further details, tax records, buyer and seller information and support documents.
>> Lease Listings:
On a monthly basis, CBA staff researches all lease listings in buildings 10,000sf+ in Pierce, King, Snohomish and Spokane Counties. All listings that have not been updated in the past 30 days generate a call to the listing agent. Daily updates are made upon receipt of the dozens of broker mailers that are sent out. In addition, members can use the research staff to enter their new listings and update their existing ones.
>> Business Opportunities:
CBA members list businesses for sale - restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, retail and service businesses. A photo, financial information and other relevant details regarding operation of the business can be included. Alternatively, clients of CBA members can also list their company for sale on an Undisclosed basis in order to market their business without alerting employees or customers.
