All Applicants must complete the following and return to CBA with a copy of the Brokers License, all participating Agent License(s) and the $350 membership/set-up fee. The set-up fee does not include the first month's dues and will be billed accordingly. You must also complete the Agent Roster Update form for ALL participating individuals including the broker listed below. Please note: The Designated broker is not required to be a participating agent unless they want access to the system to look at or list properties.
