Membership fees for CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) are as follows:

Brokerage Application:

There is a set up fee of $350.00. There are no annual renewal fees, only monthly dues based on the number of commercial agents registered with CBA. The Designated Broker will be sent a "New Member Packet" with samples of all legal and data input forms from the Commercial Property Forms Library and a CBA Membership Roster.

Branch Office Application:

Branch Offices associated with Brokerages who are already members may use the services by submitting a Branch Office Application accompanied by a set up fee of $85.00. There is a monthly fee of $50.00 for each branch office and agents in a branch office are counted as part of the whole company for the determination of the monthly agent fees. Example - the Main Office has three agents participating and the Branch Office signs up with two. The total would be five agents, plus the branch office fee of $50.00 for a monthly fee of $247.00, which is billed to the Main Office. See dues chart below:

Services:

CBA does not charge for listing input, changes, deletions or requested photographs. There is no fee for the use of CBAExchange, (CBA's listing database on the Internet). There is an additional charge for the legal forms, advertising, additional software, etc. which are not included in the membership dues.

*Monthly Dues:

The monthly dues are based on the number of commercial agents registered with CBA for the current month's billing, plus an additional $50.00 for each branch office. Please consult the dues table below to determine what your offices dues will be, based on the number of registered agents:
