Monty Bossard is an attorney with 43 years of legal experience, primarily in real estate, including commercial leasing and development, landlord-tenant law, mortgage lending, and title and escrow. He has taught clock-hour classes since 1991, including a variety of real estate courses at several real estate schools and a local college. A graduate of Stanford University and Boston College Law School, he is a partner with Laurel Law Group, PLLC in Seattle.
