In this class, you will learn about the different types of commercial real estate property, and related transactions, and fees. We will cover fundamental commercial real estate terms, how to negotiate commercial agreements, and will look at the different roles brokers play in transactions. By learning basic terminology, the structure of the business, and becoming familiar with the agreements used to put transactions together, you will be able to provide great customer service to your clients right from the start.
