Nestor provides a page by page approach to the CBA Purchase and Sale Agreement in this new course. Using this approach, attendees will learn the intent and need of each line item, as well as what they can do in their role as a realtor and how provisions within the form can be used to assist in transactions. The course also provides participants with information about how to avoid getting into hot water and questions to ask about Options and Rights of First Refusal in order to protect their clients (and themselves).
