Join us on February 20th at C. I. Shenanigans on the Ruston Waterfront in Tacoma, the City of Destiny! We will hear from Bob Wallace, CEO of Wallace Properties with some unique perspectives on the commercial property market.

Robert C. Wallace is CEO of Wallace Properties, Inc., which he founded in 1977. He also heads up numerous associated corporate and partnership entities involved in commercial real estate investment, development, management and brokerage. He remains actively involved in the management of commercial properties for his own and others’ portfolios.

Phillip Combs is a Seattle native who enjoys private investment real estate as the COO at Stephen C. Grey & Associates, LLC. He is both a BYU and UW alum, a past IREM president (2015) and has sat on panels and taught classes for various real estate groups. He brings over 20 years of experience in business and real estate; most of which has been spent managing private investment portfolios. The spectrum of property types he’s worked on ranges from urban to suburban and new construction to historic buildings. These projects include: office, retail, shopping centers, parking, medical and a wide variety of multifamily residential projects.
