The Commercial Brokers Association, like the general public, is concerned about the coronavirus. The Washington State Department of Health recommended that businesses not hold public meetings. Out of an abundance of caution, we are canceling the March 27 class.

Never allow a lease to be a deal-killer! This class will provide you with an understanding of over 40 lease provisions, from the landlord’s and the tenant’s perspective. This knowledge will empower you to negotiate leases that meet the objectives of all parties. You will also learn how to evaluate a site to create a pad and find out what the two most common, and biggest mistakes, renewing leases are.
