The Commercial Brokers Association, like the general public, is concerned about the coronavirus. The Washington State Department of Health recommended that businesses not hold public meetings. Out of an abundance of caution, we are canceling the March 23 class.

Here's the class you have been waiting for to fast track your commercial leasing career. This course will show you how to identify the target market for each commercial property type. You will learn how to prepare and negotiate the 4 types of listing agreements and the 3 types of leasing agreements. You will leave with an understanding of the different formulas used to charge tenants for their common area building operating expenses. In this class, you will learn you how to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) when representing a tenant and about issues you need to know about to develop a successful and rewarding leasing career.
