 How much do you know about SBA Loans? What you learn may help you and your buyer clients win deals and navigate the process. This class will show you the ins and outs of SBA financing for owner users, and go in-depth about SBA 7(a) Loans (up to $5,000,000), for purchasing/constructing business owner-occupied CRE, financing equipment, refinancing certain debt, acquiring a business, or buying out a partner. It will also highlight the SBA 504 loan (up to $20,000,000) for purchasing/constructing business owner-occupied CRE or financing heavy machinery and equipment.
