Real estate syndication provides an effective way for investors to pool their financial and intellectual resources to invest in projects bigger than they could on their own. However, is syndication right for you? In this three-hour course, Derek Doke, CCIM explores the pros and cons of syndication, the traits of a good syndicator, and the mindset necessary to create a syndicate. Using hands-on activities, participants will learn how to set their goals and look at their own skills as a syndicator. Additionally, attendees will explore how to set up a syndication team. Case studies show how you can make money on a syndication deal.

- Two days before the class, the invitation to the Zoom webinar will be emailed out with the handouts, the class evaluation form, and the affidavit. Please register in advance for the webinar on the Zoom platform. After you register on the platform you will receive an email from Zoom with a link to the webinar. You will need the link to access the webinar.
- Remember to print your class materials ahead of time. If you choose not to print, please have them open for reference.

- Attendance and participation throughout the class are required to receive a certificate.
