The Commercial Brokers Association, like the general public, is concerned about the coronavirus. The Washington State Department of Health recommended that businesses not hold public meetings. Out of an abundance of caution, we are canceling the March 26 class.

This course provides an introduction and overview of Commercial Property Management as a career. Discussed will be the relationship and the broad spectrum of responsibilities of a property manager to the Landlord (owner) and tenants. Major topics such as management techniques, contracting for services and tenant relations.  Also discussed will be the importance of the creation of value to a managed property through the actions and activities of the property management team. We will cover financial reporting, tenant improvements, life safety, security, sustainability, marketing and lease administration.
