The Commercial Brokers Association, like the general public, is concerned about the coronavirus. The Washington State Department of Health recommended that businesses not hold public meetings. Out of an abundance of caution, we are canceling the March 20 class.

We will reschedule the class at a future date.

In CBA’s Exploring Commercial Financing Options class our instructors will go over different types of available financing and refinancing and the qualifications for each. Related financial terms will also be covered. Instructors Michael Arellano, Robert Barr, and Mark Willis will discuss conventional financing, the SBA and SBA 7(a) loans, and SBA 504 loans and how the SBA and the CDC work together.
