Understanding how proptech solutions can help you embrace digital transformation to adapt to a rapidly changing world

The Covid-19 pandemic has upended the traditional norms of how commercial real estate professionals work. It is increasingly clear that in order to adapt and win in the new normal, CRE professionals must consider transforming their work to a digital framework. This session will explore how digital tools will help brokers and other CRE stakeholders chart a path forward using technology, and offer insights and recommendations for future-proofing your business. The goal of the session is to provoke thoughts on how to modernize your business to win in a rapidly changing marketplace.

Speakers include:

Matt Giffune is a Co-Founder of Occupier, a Real Estate Success software platform that enables tenants and tenant representation brokers to organize their leasing data and workflow to drive better decision making. Prior to Occupier, Matt spent four years in sales at VTS, a leasing and asset management software platform for landlords, and prior to that spent ten years as a commercial real estate broker at JLL in Boston.

Aaron Letzeiser - Aaron is the Co-Founder and COO of Obie, a tech-enabled insurance and risk management platform for real estate investors. A serial entrepreneur and apartment investor, Aaron has several years of experience in the real estate and insurance space. He's a graduate of Michigan State University and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Obie Walli is the Co-Founder of Dealius, a real estate software company that provides a centralized transaction and back-office management platform to CRE brokerages.  With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and M&A, Obie has served various roles in the CRE and Finance industries.   Most recently, he  built a multi-market commercial real estate brokerage company that was sold in 2016.
