This class will provide a hands-on approach to examine the typical Phase1 Environmental Site Assessment report. Participants will learn how each element of the report is completed, what the regulatory requirements are, and how final conclusions are reached. Each participant will receive a typical Phase 1 ESA report with a list of appendices.
Instructor: John R. Kane, CEO/President Kane Environmental
John has over 35 years of experience in the environmental services industry. He began his career as a senior geologist and project manager at SAIC, a Fortune 500 company recognized as a global leader in environmental management. In 1994, he joined Environmental Partners as Principal and Senior Geologist responsible for Phase I due diligence projects for commercial/industrial sites and mergers and acquisitions. In 2000, John founded Kane Environmental to provide business solutions to improve the environmental, social, and economic health in communities across the US.

What you can expect after you register:
- Two days before the class, the invitation to the Zoom webinar will be emailed out with the handouts, the class evaluation form, and the affidavit. Please register in advance for the webinar on the Zoom platform. After you register on the platform you will receive an email from Zoom with a link to the webinar. You will need the link to access the webinar.
- Remember to print your class materials ahead of time. If you choose not to print, please have them open for reference.
- Please make sure everything else on your computer is closed to ensure the best possible internet connection.
- Attendance and participation throughout the class are required to receive a certificate.
