Legal Library PRO Overview
We’re pleased and excited to announce the rollout of our proprietary Legal Library PRO application! This web-based, cross-platform application fully replicates the functionality of our current forms tools, with the addition of new, key features.
Developed by top commercial real estate experts, Legal Library PRO's contracts are recognized as the industry standard and are the fastest and easiest way to close a deal.
CBA members can instantly access and edit any of Legal Library PRO's 50+ copyrighted contracts and forms. Forms include Purchase and Sale Agreements for Commercial Properties as well as Business Opportunities and Lease Agreements for Multiple and Single Tenants. Click here for a full list of our forms.
Legal Library PRO works wherever you are. The cross-platform, browser-based system works seamlessly on both Mac- and PC/Windows-based computers
CBA wholly owns and operates the new tool, which means we can make enhancements and introduce new features in response to your feedback.
You have automatic, 24/7 access available with your CBA credentials.
See your changes as they are made before going to signature versions with the enhanced user-interface with inline editing.
Brand your forms with your office’s address and logo. Personal and team logos can also be substituted at no additional cost.
Grant edit or view access to your forms to easily collaborate with other brokers and legal counsel.
Create custom office templates for use by all the members in your office.
PLEASE NOTE: We will be phasing out our legacy forms products, including zipForm Plus and CBA's Legal Library -- MS Word. To prepare for and get the most benefit from this transition, it is extremely important that you download your contracts from the zipForm Plus platform and save your final Legal Library -- MS Word documents as PDFs to your local computer or network by March 1st, 2019. By law, you are required to keep all contracts for a minimum of 6 years from completion of transaction.
