- Arie, a principal with NAI Puget Sound Properties since 1998, has been in commercial real estate since 1990, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. A former tank commander in the IDF, Arie was consistently a top producer for Norris, Beggs & Simpson before leaving in 1998.
