Kim Adams, CCIM has been a key figure in the Puget Sound Commercial Real Estate community since 1987. He has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth since its inception in 1992.  His clients include developers, and national and local investors and tenants. He has extensive experience in entitling land use packages from small retail projects to Master Planned Communities. His transactions include the sale of office buildings, large multi-family projects and the sale of multiple development projects for single family homes, apartments and retail.

The key to Mr. Adams’ success in the industry is a result of strong relationships that have been built and fostered over the last thirty-five years. A strong work ethic combined with consistent delivery of exceptional results has allowed him to cultivate and maintain these relationships.

Industry Education and Designations

Kim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). ICSC is the premier global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its more than 60,000 members in over 90 countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, retailers and brokers, as well as academics and public officials.

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)

In 2001, Kim received the prestigious CCIM designation. To qualify, agents must complete 160 hours of specialized education and rigorous exams.
