Looking for that perfect property for a highly discerning client? Hot Sheets allow you to receive notifications of listings matching your specific search criteria that have come on the market during the past day.
To sign up, click on the “Save Search” button in your search return.
SEND BROADCAST EMAILS
With CBA’s broadcast emails, you can directly target your marketing to other members who are interested in a particular area or asset class.
Up to once every four weeks, you can send an email blast to all CBA members who have specified an interest in the market area and listing type you are advertising. This maximizes the impact of your marketing by including those members who are most likely to be interested in your listing.
Simply visit “My Listings” to see a list of your active inventory.
If you have eligible listings, you can start the broadcast process by selecting the listings you wish to promote and then clicking the “Request a Broadcast” link. You can also promote multiple for-lease listings within one building in a single broadcast email.
