Join CCIM-WA as they welcome Chenchen Wang, Data Science/Data Analyst from the telecommunications industry who will discus how artificial intelligence "ChatGPT" can benefit the CRE broker. Chenchen will answer what is ChatGPT, how does it work, what are the benefits and limitations, and will also share examples of ChatGPT in use as a tool to assist commercial real estate brokers.
