It is with sadness that we share the news that Michael McQuaid passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2024, in Miami, Florida from heart disease.
Known for his sharp business acumen, integrity, and wit, Michael significantly contributed to the industry throughout his 45-year career. He had an entrepreneurial spirit and was a founding member of Paragon Real Estate Advisors in 1995 and McQuaid Commercial Real Estate Brokers in 2007. Michael also served as a CBA board member from 2001 to 2019 and was a member for 28 years. We are grateful for Michael's service, and he will be missed.
