Rahsaan Freeman | Managing Director

Rahsaan has been involved in the financial services industry since 1994, and has received accolades for business development, leadership, and risk mitigation within the commercial banking and investment markets. His responsibilities at US Bank, Wells Fargo, and Key Bank have provided him with extensive experience in capital advisory, debt restructure, and business planning within the manufacturing, information technology, service, medical, and transportation sectors.

Gale Hickok | President
First American Exchange of Skagit County

Gale is the President of First American Exchange, which is a subsidiary of Guardian Northwest Title & Escrow. He also serves as the general manager of the parent Title Company, and has worked in Skagit County in the title, escrow and exchange business since 1969.

Hunter Jeffers | Associate
Foster Pepper

Hunter is a member of Foster Pepper's Real Estate group, representing real estate brokerages, multiple listing services, homeowner's association, developers, and principals in real estate transactions and dispute resolution. He assists with the representation of CBA, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, and several residential and commercial brokerage firms. Hunter also has experience in the formation, reorganization and acquisition of all types of business entities.

William Scott Lundt | Director of Corporate Analysis & Strategy

William’s experience ranges from consumer to commercial finance, insurance to investments, and corporate leadership to business owner. During his tenure at institutions such as Wells Fargo, Key Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and US Bank, Scott has received numerous awards and recognitions for performance, service, and leadership. Scott holds a degree in Finance from the Milgard School of Business at the University of Washington.

Chris McDougall | CEO & President,
Commercial Brokers Association

Chris is a veteran commercial real estate industry leader with extensive experience in research, data, brokerage, and technology. Most recently Chris was head of Enterprise Information Management for North America at Colliers International, where his team was responsible for numerous strategic data, research, and business intelligence initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President of Information Management at LoopNet, where he was an integral part of the team who developed one the largest commercial real estate property databases in the US at the time, and National Director of Research & Client Services at Grubb & Ellis Company, where he led a team of 100 research and marketing professionals across 45 offices. McDougall also has experience in commercial real estate brokerage and transactions, having been a key member of ATREG, Inc., a boutique, Seattle-based firm specializing in the disposition of semiconductor manufacturing assets, including clean room facilities, industrial buildings, and land.

Dylan Simon | SVP, Colliers International
Simon is commercial real estate broker who specializes in helping investors buy, sell and develop apartment buildings in Seattle and the Puget Sound region. He’s brokered deals from $1 million to over $100 million, on buildings with as few as 5 units to complexes with more than 500.

Michael Spence | Helsell Fetterman
Licensed to practice law since 1986, Mike emphasizes real estate transactions, land use/zoning, and alternative dispute resolution. He is a certified mediator and arbitrator, has served as a court-appointed referee and expert witness on real estate matters, and has helped draft many major pieces of real estate-related legislation.
