Chris McDougall is the President & CEO of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA). In his role, Chris is responsible for leading CBA in its mission to raise the standard of practice for the commercial brokerage industry and fulfilling its vision of being the most indispensable platform for commercial brokers in the Western United States. Chris joined CBA in 2018 and brings a diverse background of experience and skills from his career in the commercial real estate industry, including brokerage, research, technology, data, and development, which make him uniquely suited to lead CBA.
When outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, two teenage children and their corgi. In addition, he enjoys socializing with friends, traveling, golfing, barbecuing, hiking, and snowshoeing. As a graduate of Washington State University, Chris is an avid fan of the Cougs.
Amy Robitaille is CBA’s Executive Vice President and has been with the association since 1995. Over the years, she has worked in various roles in membership and education. In her current role, she is passionate about educating and building opportunities for those getting started in the commercial real estate industry, as well as advancing the more seasoned professionals. In addition to helping members, Amy is also involved in managing the Washington State CCIM and SIOR chapters.
Outside of the office, Amy enjoys traveling, listening to music, and exploring Washington’s scenic treasures with her husband and two children.
Mary Lyell Larsen, Senior Vice President, Information Management, has been with the Commercial Brokers Association since 1998. In her varying roles in data research, Mary has directed the CBA Research team in providing Member care and producing CBAcma sales data, listing data, and legal forms products and services. Her career has been driven by the leadership roles she has assumed, lending her a particular sense of accountability she shares with her team. She is passionate about serving CBA’s member needs and providing them the tools they need to provide the best CRE services to their clients.
Mary was born in Seattle, WA but grew up primarily in small California towns. She attended California State University, Chico where she studied English Literature and Organizational Communication.
Marge Carmichael is CBA’s Vice President of Operations and has been with the organization since 1994. At CBA, she plays a key role in managing its finances as well as those of several other managed associations. During her tenure, Marge has witnessed the association evolve and grow in many aspects, and she has been excited to be a part of the team. Though it’s hard to imagine, she remembers a time when we were mailing monthly listings catalogs to our members!
When Marge isn’t crunching numbers, she enjoys time with her two young grandsons and being active outdoors.
Callie Fromm is CBA’s Vice President of Marketing, managing a broad scope of work, including member communications, media relations, social media, and branding and design. Callie joined CBA in 2019 after many years as a journalist, content strategist, and marketing consultant working with a diverse client base.
Callie graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in English and from the University of Missouri, Columbia, with a M.A. in Journalism. She landed in Seattle in 2003 and has been in love with the Pacific Northwest ever since. When she’s not at work, she can be found shuttling her two boys about town, enjoying a great meal and a good laugh with friends, reading, or binge-watching bad TV with her family and two chiwhatwhat’s.
Karie Hoskins is the Vice President of Employee & Data Resources. She joined CBA in 2002 as a Research Associate, and then held the role of Research Manager before becoming the Research Director. In 2016, she joined the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and earned a People Management certification, and in 2018 she became a SHRM Certified Professional. Karie supervises CBA’s Research Team, whose focus is providing the most accurate and up-to-date listings and property information for the benefit of all CBA members.
Karie grew up in Spokane and moved to Seattle to attend and later graduate from the University of Washington with a B.A in English. She is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science at Rutgers University.
Binh Truong brings 20 years of industry experience to his role starting with CBRE in 2002 and joining CBA shortly thereafter in 2003. As the Director of Market Data and Business Development, he supervises the CMA research team, manages CBA’s market data/reports, and spearheads CBA’s business development strategies and initiatives. Binh graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. from the Foster School of Business and a minor in Psychology.
In his spare time, Binh enjoys attending all University of Washington sporting events, as well as going to Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, Storm, and Kraken games. He is an active member of the community with organizations including Pano Koumantaros Cancer Research Fund, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Community for Youth, and various local elementary schools.

Delaney is the face of CBA for our ever-growing Boise Market.
Delaney was born in Boise, Idaho, and is a proud Idahoan! She attended Boise State University and graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. Delaney has a ten-year-old son, Brax, and loves traveling and spending time with him. Delaney’s family also includes her partner Chris and, of course, their two-year-old yellow lab, Gunner. When Delaney is not traveling with her son or trying to hit all of Idaho’s hot springs, she enjoys rollerblading, spending time with friends, and working out.

Ronda serves as the CREW Seattle Administrator and provides operational support to the CBA team.
Ronda was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She acquired her degree in Psychology from Corban University in Salem, Oregon. She lives in Marysville with her fantastic husband Alon and their beautiful black lab Lilly. In her free time, you can find Ronda singing karaoke, dancing, going to the movies, playing games with friends and family, or relaxing in her hot tub at home enjoying her yard.
As Association Manager, Taylor provides administrative support for CBA’s education, membership, and association management services.
Before joining CBA, Taylor worked in the human services field supporting immigrant and refugee communities. She is excited to help CBA members and learn more about the commercial real estate industry in her new role. A Seattle native, Taylor went to college in Minnesota, where she studied Anthropology and Spanish at Macalester College. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and practicing yoga in her free time.
