Comprehensive CRE Sales Data 

 

Get free access to CBAcma, a locally researched database covering all recorded commercial sales over $250,000 in the six largest counties in Washington. The database includes all industrial, office, retail, multi-family, and land properties sales recorded in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties since January 2001, and later sales for Kitsap, Spokane, and Thurston Counties.

Our offerings include a regular schedule of monthly classes, a yearly day-long forum of essential topics, and online classes members can access at their convenience. Classes cover required state-level core curriculum materials, topics of interest to our members, and courses that speak directly to more specialized areas of commercial real estate.

All-Inclusive Continuing Education for Licensed Washington Brokers

Starting January 2025, all active broker members will have unlimited access to CBA’s online courses and live webinars as part of their dues. With over 50 clock hours of classes available, fulfilling your continuing education requirements for license renewals will be easier than ever. All-Inclusive ARELLO-Certified Continuing Education for Licenses Idaho Brokers

 

Starting in January, we will offer over 14 hours of ARELLO-certified online classes for active Idaho brokers as part of member dues. Simply log in to your CBA account to access a growing library of certified continuing education courses. In addition, any live classes or webinars approved for Idaho clock hours will be included at no extra cost. LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY: INTRODUCING CBAC

Giving Commercial Real Estate a Voice in Policy Decisions

 

Support your livelihood and the CRE industry through the Commercial Brokers Advocacy Council (CBAC), included in your membership starting January 2025.

 

In 2025, we will launch the Commercial Brokers Advocacy Council of Washington (CBAC) in partnership with the Washington State Commercial Association of REALTORS® (WSCAR) to protect and advocate the interests of commercial brokers in Olympia. CBAC is a new, non-profit organization, whose sole purpose is representing their legislative needs and ensuring that commercial real estate brokers have a strong voice in policy decisions.

 

Why CBAC?  

For the better part of 30 years, commercial brokers in Washington have entrusted their state legislative advocacy and lobbying needs and representation to WSCAR®, a commercial overlay board that has been part of Washington REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS. Over the past decade, WSCAR’s membership structure has faced challenges, making it harder to fairly represent the needs of commercial brokers effectively. With over 4,000 members, CBA holds the largest concentration of commercial real estate professionals in the state. By partnering with WSCAR and creating CBAC, which will be the state’s largest commercial brokerage advocacy organization, we can unify efforts and provide powerful advocacy tailored specifically to their needs. As a CBA member, you’ll automatically become a CBAC member, ensuring strong representation for their business.

We provide the most comprehensive, highest quality, researched and verified data available to CRE professionals for the lowest possible cost.  And unlike the Commercial Information Exchanges (CIE), our MLS data is owned by you! We exist only for the benefit of our members. And we also give you additional valuable services and information at no extra cost.  

 

In fact, our listings data is often more accurate than CIE providers because each member listing is based on a signed, exclusive listing agreement and our members are required to update their listings on a monthly basis. We also remove all expired listings promptly. CIE’s don’t always remove expired listings, which wastes your time and, ultimately, costs you money.
