HOW DOES CBA DO IT?
We’re able to provide high-quality, accurate, up-to-date listings data because we have members who are invested in making sure that they are keeping their listings updated for the mutual benefit of everyone in the system. Our broker members agree to submit ALL listings within 15 days and to update their listings on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy. Once their listings are added to the system, our research team works with members to ensure that the data is accurate.
When it comes to listings, our research team looks not only at our broker-reported system, but also at the entire market. We are in constant contact with our members, as well as property managers and owners, and we use numerous property websites and county tax data to improve and enhance our dataset. And we make the full listings data inventory available only to our members. We research all inventory, regardless of representative membership status. Only member information is available to the public, including syndication to other sites and to the national commercialexchange.com website.
HOW MUCH DO MEMBERS SAVE?

At CBA, we believe in giving our members the best, most accurate listings data for the lowest possible cost. We charge a low monthly rate for the first broker in an office, and a minimal fee for each additional broker. And unlike the CIEs, our MLS data is owned by you! We exist only for the benefit of our members. And we also give you additional valuable services and information at no extra cost.
