Bruce Clarkson

Bruce Clarkson brings to The Andover Company over 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Having spent his entire commercial real estate career with Andover, he became a partner in 2014. As a principal with one of the Northwest’s largest real estate firms, Bruce has provided both Landlords and Tenants with expert analysis and direction in their sale and lease transactions. Having lived in Seattle for much of his life, Bruce makes use of the close relationships and business knowledge of the area that he has gained in his personal as well as professional accomplishments.

Prior to joining Andover, Bruce owned and operated boats in the commercial fishing industry of Alaska. He holds a 1,500 ton Masters License and captained King Crab vessels and Salmon boats in the Bering Sea. This diverse background has led to a work ethic second to none.
