Steve Comstock, CCIM

Stephen Comstock is a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth (CBCD).

Since joining Coldwell in 2014, Mr. Comstock has played a key role in over $50 million worth of notable commercial real estate transactions, including Plaza 5 Office Complex Bellevue, Federal Way Office Building, and many more.

Prior to joining CBCD, Mr. Comstock was Managing Principal at Front Page Marketing, a PTAC sales & distribution company serving the hospitality industry over four Northwestern States.

Prior to Front Page, Mr. Comstock founded and was Chief Lending Officer for Comstock Ventures Corp, a financial loan origination firm serving the Northwest hospitality industry.

Previously, Mr. Comstock spent over 10 years as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Comstock Productions, LLC, an international Theatrical Artist Booking & Management company.

Mr. Comstock studied two years at Tulsa University then graduated with Honors from STI in Seattle.

In 2018 Mr. Comstock was awarded the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member.
