As an experienced real estate broker for specializing in Western Washington, Mike has excelled in the sales and leasing of all types of commercial properties. As his prime area of focus, he has negotiated several successful transactions, including: the sale of a 73,000 square foot shopping center in Gig Harbor, the sale of a 34,000 square foot retail building in Federal Way, the sale of a 14,000 square foot retail center in Puyallup, the sale of another 14,000 square foot retail center in Lakewood, as well as the sale of a 6,500 square foot industrial building in Seattle. Appraisers, lenders and attorneys have consulted and relied on his expertise in these areas when verifying comparable market information. Mike has achieved his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Only 6% of the brokers in the world hold this prestigious designation. A portion of his real estate career incorporated the handling of the property management for a number of projects. These included: a multi-unit residential complex, several commercial retail buildings in Pierce County and a large multi-tenant commercial building in Lakewood. Mike also has experience on the development side, acquiring land and seeing it through the engineering process. A member of a Limited Liability Corporation, he has handled the engineering, development and marketing of several commercial pieces of land throughout WA.
