Byron Hiller is a successful and seasoned real estate practitioner, providing his clients with top notch service since 1981. Byron is President of the Property Management division of Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth. He is also a Managing Broker with extensive experience in the sales and leasing of multi-family, office and retail properties. Over the years, Byron has received numerous awards and accolades. He has consistently been in the top 2% of CBC brokers nationally and has been a recipient of the CBC Circle of Distinction Award consecutively since 2004. In addition to being a highly successful Commercial Broker and Property Manager, Byron has been a professional real estate educator for over 25 years. He is a Senior Coldwell Banker University Contract Trainer and an Administrator of Real Estate for the Advanced Learning and Training Institute, which provides brokers with clock-hour training in WA state.
