Trevor Clark

Trevor has been a Seattle commercial real estate broker for 17 years. His broad range of services include Tenant Representation, Project Leasing and Investment Sales. 

Throughout his career he has negotiated 3 million square feet of leases and $250 million of commercial building sales. His clients include corporate, public, institutional, and non-profit organizations. Trevor has leased Class A projects for Hines, Skanska Commercial Development, CommonWealth Partners, Ivanhoe Cambridge and  Hudson Pacific Properties.    

Trevor was previously a Senior Vice President at Broderick Group Inc., and more recently a Managing Director and co-head of Agency Leasing at Jones Lange LaSalle (NYSE: JLL). 

For the past several years he’s been a panel speaker at Law Seminars International, presenting creative transaction strategies.  Additionally, his boutique advisory practice has been recognized by Costar as a Seattle Power Broker Firm.
