Jon Breiner

Jon is the CFO of Paragon Real Estate Advisors and has focused great amounts of attention and his Seattle-area expertise on identifying large-scope potential development apartment opportunities. Jon also functions as president of a few of his family companies (which include Paragon Real Estate Advisors) and owner/operator of the HB Capital Companies which manage, among other things, Roosevelt Development Group and several other large-scale active apartment/retail development projects in urban Seattle locations.

His economics, mathematics and finance educational background, as well as his previous experience with technology, mergers and acquisitions, have been complimentary in his real estate career. Jon is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Jon can be found skiing, mountaineering, golfing and traveling.
