Mark is an All-American involved-in-life kind of man. He went to high school in Del Mar, California, then went on to study Commerce for a Bachelor of Science at Santa Clara University. Moving to the Pacific Northwest, Mark studied and received his Master of Arts at Pacific Lutheran University, majoring in Social Sciences and Human Relations. Mark and his wife, Carolyn, were married in 1977 and they love to fish and boat with their family – especially when there is a big catch! Mark and Carolyn live in Federal Way and Mark is an active member in his hometown’s Greater Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, in addition to other professional organizations.
