Ryan Iles specializes in the sale of multi-family properties and development sites throughout the Puget Sound Region. Ryan also works with select buyers in property acquisition and represents clients in 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Since joining Paragon in 2010, Ryan has consistently been one of the markets’ most active brokers and was named a Top Producer of the Year in 2013 and again in 2015. 

Ryan is a third generation Seattle native and has a deep understanding of the sub markets within the Puget Sound region and how the unique Northwest economic climate and demographic effects these markets.
