I have had the privilege to live in Los Angles and in the Bay Area of California, then 6 years in Salt Lake City, Utah. But since 2004 I have called Seattle my home. I spend 6 year with Anheuser Busch/Budweiser servicing over 950 Restaurants in King County. My marketing area spread from Shoreline in the North to Des Moines in the South. Ballard in the West to North Bend, Duvall Carnation in the East Side. Being very observant and curious it gave me a chance look at properties across the county. I did my job but all along noticed the opportunities in Real Estate.

Later on it gave me an edge in working in the commercial real estate. I got to notice the demographic and geographical layout of the county. The spending habits of consumers in different parts of the County. The accessibility and reach of consumers. Even how traffic congestions and bottle necks affects on businesses
