Patrick Riley

Patrick Riley provides a distinctive and methodical approach when representing his clients’ interests in investment real estate transactions. His excellent communication skills and sincere interest in finding the best solution for his clients are notable throughout the entire process.  With a background in banking, Patrick knows how to navigate his clients through the financing process with ease and efficiency.

Patrick’s academic background in international political economics lends itself well to the Puget Sound market, given it’s global position in the Pacific Rim. A lifelong Washington resident and graduate of the University of Puget Sound, he also studied abroad at Swansea University adding to his breadth of knowledge.

Patrick and his wife Stephanie and son Ronan enjoy spending time with family and friends. Patrick also enjoys playing hockey, coaching a 13U select baseball team, and patiently awaiting the return of the Sonics.
