Mike Streng

Mike has over 20 years’ experience in real estate acquisitions, development, finance and investments. 

Mike has specialized in real property valuations, mortgage financing, hard money lending, and commercial real estate finance. Mr. Streng completed his collegiate education at Seattle Pacific University’s school of Business and Economics. He began his professional career that same year in the mortgage banking industry and in 2001 opened and operated his own mortgage lending company called Northlake Financial Group. In his career, Mr. Streng has closed over 1500 real estate transactions totaling over half a billion dollars in volume. Mr. Streng has been a residential loan underwriter, loan document drawer, loan originator, mortgage branch manager, and owner. Mike has also been very successful in his own personal experience as a Real Estate investor, in which he has worked through probate attorneys and other strategic relationships to acquire and rehab distressed Real Estate. Mike has worked as a co-sponsor with several private equity ventures where he helped to facilitate and or manage private capital investments totally over $30 million. With over 20 years’ experience, Mike is held in high regard by his clients and peers as an expert in Real Estate investing and finance.
