I was a general contractor for many years. I also worked as a mortgage broker. For over 20 years, I've bought, sold and managed over a dozen of my own properties. Today, I am a Managing Real Estate Broker and a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist. This broad background allows me a unique perspective in terms of evaluating properties and understanding the home buying, selling and financing processes. Whether you want to buy your dream home or sell your existing one, my background and knowledge will help guide you to a successful transaction. I also work with investors and do parcel assemblage and land acquisition for the development of new homes.

A little more than a month ago, my husband and I bought our first house from John Lough. We had started looking for a house about a month or so before we found our home. Upon initially meeting John and his partner, Anne, we were clear that we were in no hurry to buy a house and, in fact, had a long term plan to buy in about a year. Even though we had a long term objective, John was still very willing to work with us and help us find our home.
