Leigh Wang

Leigh Wang is a licensed broker in Washington State. She came to SVN | Raven after spending many years in commercial banking at both regional and international banks in the Greater Seattle area. Leigh has extensive knowledge of commercial real estate financing and used to manage over $100 million portfolio with projects including multi-family, office, retail and industrial properties. Her clients included local and international high net worth individual investors as well as small to large real estate development firms. Born and raised in China, Leigh is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. She moved to Pacific Northwest in 2000 and has called it home since.  Leigh earned her EMBA from Foster School of Business at University of Washington. She brings both business and cultural experience to SVN | Raven and serves as a trusted advisor to local and inbound international commercial real estate investors. She travels frequently between US and China, developing investor relationship, connecting business partners and bridging business needs.
